I deliberately avoid trendy filters and fashionable processing, which date quickly. I aim for live, honest, stylish images that still look good in years to come, in presentations, portfolios and the company’s history.

FAQ
How much does event photography cost in Moscow?
There are three options. “Welcome” for 15,000 RUB: one hour, up to 60 colour-corrected photos, and a preview the next day. “Event” for 72,000 RUB: six hours, 60–80 photos per hour, full retouching, and a preview by 12:00 the next day. “Conference” for 120,000 RUB: 12 hours, same terms. If your event doesn’t fit the standard packages, let me know and I’ll prepare an individual quote.
How far in advance should I book a photographer?
The sooner, the better, especially for events on a Friday or Saturday or at the end of the month. Popular dates fill up 2–4 weeks ahead. For a one-off business event, a week is enough if the date is free. You can check availability directly on Telegram or WhatsApp. I’ll reply within a few hours.
What should I prepare and send to the photographer before the shoot?
The event schedule with timings, a list of VIPs and speakers (ideally with photos, so I can recognise them in the hall), and your requirements for the shoot: whether you need images for social media, a press release, or the company archive. This takes about 10 minutes and ensures you get material that fits your goals, not just attractive photos.
When will the photos be ready after the event?
A preview of 3–5 key shots is sent on the day of the shoot or by 12:00 the next day, for quick social media posting. The full processed gallery is ready within 7–10 days. All photos go through colour correction and basic portrait retouching. I keep an archive copy forever.
Will participants feel tense in front of the camera? Will that affect the results?
No. I work in a “ninja” style: I don’t line people up against a wall or ask them to “say cheese.” I stay in the room as an unobtrusive observer and shoot the moment a natural shot happens. After 10–15 minutes, people usually stop noticing the camera, and that’s when the best photos start.
Do you use flash? Won’t it disturb speakers and participants?
I always bring additional lighting and a professional flash. When needed, I work with soft diffused light that doesn’t dazzle speakers or distract the audience. If the event requires complete silence and darkness, I shoot at high ISO without flash. Modern cameras can produce clean images even in a dim hall.
What if something goes wrong with the equipment?
I always carry a backup camera, a second set of lenses, extra batteries, and flashes. In 16 years of work, I have never cancelled a shoot for technical reasons. This isn’t luck, it’s a principle: at an event you can’t reshoot, so duplicating equipment is essential.
